About the Role 
Our Product team’s mission is to generate partner/customer insights that drive Dropsuite’s product strategy, lead go-to-market for our suite of products and create and execute campaigns to drive product growth. This is a highly cross-functional role, partnering closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Support and Marketing to work across the entire product lifecycle, from helping shape the product, to driving launch and commercialization, to growing product adoption post-launch.  

 

Product Marketing represents the voice of the customer and leverages a solid understanding of their goals and problems to drive growth, partnering with Product Managers to create and drive the packaging and pricing strategies and lead product success through from development to go to market. What will you be doing: 

  • Collaborate regularly with internal stakeholders, partners, users, prospects, and work with teams to gather qualitative and quantitative insights that shapes your work (content, messaging, positioning etc.). 
  • Advocate for our existing and prospective users, be informed about our competitive landscape, and become the go-to expert for your product area to help shape the product roadmap and strategy.  
  • Develop product positioning and messaging informed by user research, market insights, and product understanding.  
  • Work closely with a range of cross-functional teams—product managers, sales, marketing, and engineering—to co-create go-to-market strategy and drive launches for our products.  
  • Update the Marketing Team on all product and feature details for outbound/external messaging  
  • Conduct customer research, pilots, and business impact analysis.  
  • Act as Copy Editor for the Product team regarding any external communications or content. 

 

Our ideal candidate has: 

  • At least 3 to 4 years of intermediate experience in a tech-oriented product marketing, consulting, or marketing role (SaaS experience an advantage)
  • Creative problem solver who is a passionate collaborator. 
  • Highly commercial, data-driven marketer with demonstrated experience building product strategies and go-to-market plans based on customer and data insights  
  • Customer oriented - ability to understand the needs and pain points of target customer groups, and develop product briefs or internal assets that capture these insights  
  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills. Able to understand and translate complex concepts effectively to different audiences and across all levels of a regional and global organization.  
  • Confidence and ability to influence diverse stakeholders through effective communication  
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting development of product strategy and building new customer value propositions to develop and launch new products or features 
  • The ability to analyse relevant information and make informed decisions 
  • Project Management experience   
  • Proficient in English language and grammar
